Simply amazing food and place to eat.. the vegie is fress and pasta is awesome!! Me and my family always come here when we visit tokyo..

Good healthy'ish lunch.

This restaurant is Racist! I am Australian and my husband and I came in really hungry and excited to find a vegetarian meal and we saw everyone around us getting bread and an appetiser. I asked the waiter when we would get ours, and he said only Japanese people get it included in the price and foreigners have to pay 500yen per person etc if we want this service! We felt really hurt. Racism definition: prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against someone of a different race based on the belief that one's own race is superior.It was an expensive pasta with a small portion, and I don’t normally post a negative post but this was really offensive for us. In Australia or Europe if bread is provided complimentary its for everyone, Asian or not, no discrimination.

Good service and meal.

The food is good but the service is slow. Brought customers here and they had a train to catch so I informed the waiter that we would order everything at once and instructed him to bring everything out quickly. Well three hours later the dinner finally ended. I had to ask them when the next dish was coming after each dish. It was exhausting and my clients were frustrated. Not a pleasant experience.

Overpriced for the food quality.. it's disappointing...

It's very close from Tokyo station. There are several options for dinner. We had a farewell party at this restaurant. I hope we will return here soon for another parties.

もともとの値段は、ほかのAWkitchenと比べても高い目だと思います。でも、お得なコースが出ているときがあるので、それを利用すればコスパは良いでしょう。大手外食企業の１店舗なので、野菜以外は共同調達をしてるものと思われますが、盛り付け、仕上げは丁寧で、きちんと別物に出来上がっております。味も間違いありません。何よりお店の人が、良く気が付き、親切なのがいいところです。

The only saving grace is the all-you-can-eat salad and dessert bars. Pasta portions are small, to say the least.The food is delicious, though.It's a very upscale establishment.It's best to make a reservation.

Perfect place near Tokyo station

(Vegan review) Great little Italian spot on the B1 floor. I came here for lunch and they have one pasta, the arabiatta that is vegan from the start. Supposedly the salad dressing is as well. It was hard to get seating for 4 but we got one after about 5 mins. Once you find a table, hop in the line and order, I got the pasta, with the salad + drink add on for an extra 200 yen. The pasta was cooked well but wasn’t seasoned well enough. I expect arabiatta to have some kick to it, but this lacked all of that. I will be back tho. Food is very tasty, but as a non-Asian person, you are treated differently, e.g. missing appetizers, while all other people around you get one.

一休でとってもお得なディナーコースを見つけてみんなで行ってきました！前菜・季節のパスタ・国産豚グリル・デザート全4品＋スパークリング含む2時間飲み放題で3980円！（税サ込）パンも焼き立て。ガーリックバターも美味しい～大好きな野菜もたっぷり！予め誕生日プレートもお願いしておいたのでちょうどいい頃合いで登場！食後のコーヒー・紅茶もついてとってもお値打ちコースでした。雰囲気もいいし、密にならないような席割りでとても居心地もよかったです。ホールの担当が1名？2名？しかいなくて、目が行き届いてない感じが残念でした。

fairly low priced lunch menu with salad bar. great if you are salada eater. may not be enough if volume pasta eater.

Nice place.

The friends of mine took me to the restaurant.It was the first time for me to have lunch there. Thinking of the cost and the quantity in between in balance,I might not be the targeted guest. :-eUnfortunately I wasn't enough then. For the reason I might habitually eat more quantity than that of the shop thinks to serve the sufficient to guests.
